If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 4 hours prior to class. You can cancel in the Momence app or online.

Any cancellation made after this time will result in a late fee of $10 to your saved payment method in Momence or lose of a class credit, depending on how your class was booked.

(Please note the fee will be charged immediately upon late cancellation. In case of an emergency or other extenuating circumstance, if possible, please reach out to us before cancelling and we will work with you to cancel without a fee.)

Barre District reserves the right to cancel class for extenuating circumstances. If we need to cancel a class, you will be notified via email and/or through the Momence app. You will not be penalized.  We strongly encourage you to opt in to all communications to ensure you receive our communications.
