We are excited to be moving to a new booking platform called Momence. We look forward to simpler booking, communication and an intuitive platform. We know that changes can be daunting, but the transition should be simple. WE GOT THIS!
Here are some FAQ’s to help ensure a smooth transition to our new system. Please take some time to read all the way through:
When is this change happening?
Now! Please use Momence for all future class registrations and membership/class pack purchases.
What does this mean for me?
Your account, including your membership status, booking history, and future bookings, have all been transferred to Momence. Your membership (if you have one) will continue to auto-renew as long as your payment information has been entered. See below for more details on adding payment info.
How do I access my new account within Momence?
We’ve created an account and transferred your existing memberships and bookings into Momence. All you need to do is create a password to continue booking.
How do I get started with registering for classes and purchasing new class packs or memberships?
Classes can be booked via our website or through the Momence App.
I heard Momence has a really great app. How do I use the Momence App to book classes and view my account data?

Do I need to update my billing information?
Yes, please update your billing information. It’s a quick transition, but we can’t do it for you.
Momence uses Stripe to process all payments and ACH is now the preferred payment method of the studio. Transitioning to ACH has many benefits for you as a member as well as our small business. In addition to it being safer, adding ACH is a one-time action, no need to update expiration dates or card info, ensuring no missed or late payments and lag in membership.
ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a direct debit payment method. Merchants use it to withdraw the cost of the good/service from the customer’s bank directly, while still utilizing the same security measures to protect your personal information. Stripe will still process ACH payments, but the fee to do it is much lower than when using a credit card.
If using a credit card is still your preferred method of payment, you may continue to use it.
Please know that your information will remain as secure as before – Stripe uses the same security measures for both ACH and credit card storage.
So, here’s what you do in three easy steps:
After resetting your password, log into your Momence account. Click your name on the top right, and then click My Account.
Click on Save ACH Direct Debit and then click Save. A window pops up with info about how Momence uses Stripe to process payments; click Agree.
Another window pops up. Select your bank. If you don’t see yours, type the name of your bank in the search bar. Put in your bank credentials – the sign-in you use to bank online and press Continue. You might be asked to answer some security questions you originally set up with your online banking. After that, click Link, which then links your bank account with Momence. That’s it! All done.
