Alaina Goldstone

Alaina Goldstone is a local dance and fitness instructor. She studied classical ballet in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota under professionals from American Ballet Theater, the Royal Ballet of Britain, the Bolshoi Ballet of Russia, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Martha Graham dance company. She currently teaches Adult Ballet for Madison Schools and Community Recreation (MSCR), where she is proud to carry on the traditions of her teachers. She lives in Madison and is mom to Lilah (age 9), Leo (age 6), and her new pup, Opal (6 months). Alaina fell in love with Barre a decade ago and has been practicing and teaching ever since. She is thrilled to be part of the Barre District community.
